"Jacqi’s place was exactly what we were expecting. Right next to the beach so we could walk over for the sunset. Very close to numerous restaurants as well! There is no parking though, so keep in mind if you’re renting a car. There are various paid parking lots within a mile. We were fortunate to find street parking relatively close! It is very small once you have the couch pulled out into a bed, but we didn’t need much space anyway as we were only there to sleep. Overall it was enjoyable, stress free, and perfect for our stay."

"We stayed at Jacqi's wonderful place for 8 days - full transparency, we were a little hesitant to do so with the size of the space. However, it was perfect. My husband and I are both very tall people - he is 6'4 and I am 6 ft. We fit just fine. We were worried about storage for our personal items, this was a non-issue, we both had a large checked roller bag, a few personal bags as well, and there was plenty of space to store our items. The space is fully stocked, we were able to cook full meals here with ease. The bed is very comfortable. We love Venice beach, and have stayed in many spots over the past 11 years of us traveling to the area, so we were a little nervous on how safe it would feel. We were pleasantly surprised to find it felt very secluded and safe, despite being so close to the beach and boardwalk. It was a great spot, and Jacqi is lovely!"
